Ever since we have provided quality based chemicals for the domestic market and have established an effective distribution network throughout Iranian market. Research and development unit
The research and development unit of our company aims to provide a scientific solution for the production of higher quality products by creating a suitable platform for explaining, planning, implementing and controlling research activities.
Quality assurance unit
In order to protect the business and maintain the quality of the products, the quality assurance unit has established a systematic process for identifying, evaluating and managing potential and existing risks and is constantly developing it in order to meet the needs and requirements.
Sales
Establishing effective communication, receiving orders, tracking the shipment of goods, receiving customers' opinions, criticisms and suggestions are among the most important duties of ETOOC Pharmed sales team personnel.
Quality control unit
The quality control unit of this company relies on trained and experienced personnel, having the most modern analytical devices and also using the latest guidelines and international standards such as USP, BP, ASTM and ACS, quality of raw materials, production processes, final products and storage system. Subjects itself to quality evaluations.
After sales service unit
In today's world business, providing support to customers is considered one of the most important indicators of a company's activity, so that the improvement of the quality level of customer support is considered as the driving force for the expansion of a company's business.
Business unit
Every year, ETOOC Pharmed supplies several hundred tons of raw materials, essentials and packaging containers from domestic and foreign sources and suppliers. The task of purchasing items and delivering them to the warehouses of raw materials and necessities is assigned to the commercial unit.
Scientific and technical services
In order to produce the highest quality products, Etok Farmed uses experienced personnel in various scientific and technical fields. Relying on the experienced scientific staff, this complex announces its readiness to provide services to natural and legal persons and various organizations in the form of a memorandum of understanding between the two complexes in the following fields.

ETOOC's quality policy in the manufacture of laboratory chemicals is to maintain the effectiveness of the quality management system, customer satisfaction, and the commitment to comply with legal requirements and increase product sales in the market. To achieve the above strategy, this company has the following programs:
  • Customer satisfaction: Customers are our main focus, they ensure our survival and progress, so our commitment can be fulfilled by identifying, understanding and responding to the current and future needs and expectations of our customers.
  • Effective training of employees to improve the quality of products and services: We believe in training through regular and continuous training in order to improve cost effectiveness and reduce the age of failure, and as a result, broaden the perspective of personnel in order to improve the quality of products.

  • Increasing production and efficiency and adding new products while reducing the waste of materials and products during production will create more employment. In order to research our policies, our company has implemented the quality management system (ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2012) in the organization.
