Returning goods

Before being stored in the company's warehouses, all the products manufactured by Etooc pharmed are subjected to numerous chemical and physical evaluations to ensure the quality of the final product that will be provided to the customers. However, the customer may not be satisfied with the delivered product for various reasons. In line with the general policies of this company in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, the occurrence of any of the following cases can be subject to the guarantee of returning the goods:

Non-compliance of the chemical quality of the product with its analysis certificate.

Errors in the product label such as printing errors.

The volume or weight of the product is less than what is written on the label.

The presence of leakage in the product if it is not caused by improper transportation.

The presence of impurity particles unrelated to the product.

Respected customers can request to return the goods if they see any of the above. The steps for reviewing the return request are as follows:

 

1) contact the sales department of the company and fill out the customer complaint form; At this stage, the personnel of the sales department receive the required documents from the customer.

2) Evaluation and investigation of the complaint submitted in Etooc pharmed.

3) transfer the final result of the review to the sales manager.

4) Contacting the customer to return the product if the complaint is justified.

The following items will not be subject to the terms of returning goods:

Any defects caused by improper transportation of goods.

Any defects caused by improper storage and contrary to the conditions listed on the label.

Claims regarding the low weight or volume of the product if the seal has been opened.
